Linfield FC are inviting applications for the position of Manager of the club's Ladies team. The successful candidate will have responsibility for all team matters and work with the club's staff to further develop the squad and build on the successes and significant progress of the last two years.
In that 2 year period Linfield Ladies have won 5 senior trophies - a reflection on the capability and commitment of these footballers. Boasting a number of senior and youth internationals, the squad is developing fast and the expectation is that a suitably qualified coach will have the knowledge, experience, skills and enthusiasm to take the squad forward. With excellent support structures in place to assist the Manager in his/her duties, he/she will be given every opportunity to succeed and build on the firm foundations that exist at Linfield Ladies FC.

To hold a current UEFA recognised coaching qualification.
To have a current Child protection enhanced certificate (or to complete same upon appointment).
To demonstrate the ability to manage/coach elite female footballers.
To demonstrate sound organisational skills.
To have a suitable means of transport.
To hold the UEFA A License (or be working towards it.)
To have detailed knowledge of women's football and its development within Northern Ireland.
